Acceptance of Terms These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Client") and ABDULRAHMAN ALI LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a United States Limited Liability Company. By accessing or using the abdulrahmanzone.site SaaS POS platform (Web and App), you agree to these Terms. 2. Description of Service We provide a SaaS (Software as a Service) Point of Sale system featuring: Inventory and Sales Management, Offline Sync capabilities, Reporting tools (Income, Expense, Profit/Loss), and Multi-currency/Multi-language support. 3. Subscription and Billing Your use of the Service is subject to the plan you select: Free Plan: 7 Days validity. Includes 1 Addon limit and 2 Subdomain limit. Standard Plan: 10 Rs / 30 Days. Premium Plan: 50 Rs / 180 Days. Currency: While our entity is US-based, pricing may be displayed in local currencies (e.g., Rs) for user convenience. Renewals: Services are prepaid. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in the suspension of your Dashboard access. Refunds: Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. 4. License and Restrictions ABDULRAHMAN ALI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business purposes. You agree NOT to: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without our written consent. Use the service for any illegal activities or to store prohibited content. 5. Data and Offline Sync Liability User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data (stock, prices, taxes) entered into the system. Offline Risk: The Offline Sync feature allows operation without internet. However, data created offline exists only on your device until synced. ABDULRAHMAN ALI LLC is not liable for data loss resulting from device theft, damage, or app uninstallation before a successful sync to our servers.
